UniTek University
The UniTek University program was designed to: - Teach the Company's future leaders "The UniTek Way".
- Identify UniTek's most talented employees and expose them to learning opportunities with Executive Management.
- Build a culture of inclusion where employees can share best practices with peers.
- Provide a platform for employee growth and development.

The comprehensive UniTek University program is held at the prestigious Villanova University Conference Center. The program consists of nine fast-paced modules, which include real-life exercises, class interactive learning, and testing at the completion of each module. A manual is provided to each class member and includes the course curriculum, challenge questions and test results. Course evaluation forms are provided at the end of the booklet to assess quality and to obtain ongoing improvements to the materials, instructor and overall program. Other activities include a team building exercise, a CEO dinner and a corporate reception.
